We provide high quality Application and Technical support. Our support team consists of trainers who have good knowledge of our applications and the requirements of practice management standards, and technicians who are proficient in the installation and support of industry standard products.
Ongoing support is provided by telephone - via our Action Line, fax, e-mail, remote diagnosis, and, where necessary, by visits to site.

We provide additional support through our training documentation, manuals and the application help facilities.
Software Releases
We have a continuous programme of software enhancement. This results in new facilities being made available to users on a regular basis as part of the software support agreement.

We welcome customer feedback on our products and services. Customer requirements form a large part of our ongoing enhancement programme.

Older applications are supported and customers may relax in the knowledge that their data will be converted to our new applications.
